after making me feel like i was not going to get any help from him and it was late at night i lugged my bags to my assigned room and was told to check back in the morning and that there is nothing he can do for me. after requesting to speak to a manager i waited for 10 minuets i did not meet the manager but was told to take a room on the 2nd floor denying me the very much room view experience that brought me to this location. After the hotel gave away the room i requested on line i was told i had no other option but to take a smoking room on the 18th floor. Even after being told that the rooms where filthy i wanted to judge this on my own.
